Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Pet Asstastik! We truly appreciate your trust in us to provide high-quality products for your beloved pets. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, supplements)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kymbrly124@verizon.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost
  • Offer a full refund
  • Provide an alternative solution based on your preference

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed or missing:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if size options are available). If you need to exchange an item, please email us at kymbrly124@verizon.net.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
